2007 xc70 code 443 already replace purge control valve

Pin 1 is the 12 V dc supply

Disconnected , the purge valve should read 20 Ohms +- 10 ohms across the valve pins

The same circuit sends 12 Volts to the variable valve timing solenoid , so you can fault trace there , too.

I was still getting the 443 code every time I cleared but the interesting part I did not get the engine service required message on the dim. Went to volvo to diagnose and the result was my scanner did not do what tech said was a deep erase. The code was still in the ecm. He had run all tests on car pressure, electrically everything was working perfect. He cleared the code out of ecm and the code has not come back. Thanks everyone for all your input.
