V70D5AWD -06: How to kill Anti skid service warning with faulty DEM/REM

Post by ILOVEPV »

At the moment I have given up to fix my AWD which for one reason doesn't work because the DEM doesn't communicate with the REM. When the DEM doesn't communicate I understand you get the Anti skid warning.

Up til this year it has been ok to have this warning through yearly inspection, but now these cars are stopped. Swedish inspection checks by reading through the OBD-port and checking the instruments.

I am now asking for a solution to somehow get rid of the warning so that the car can pass the inspection. Yes, I know that one shouldn't do this for a million reasons but I don't need those replies thank you. :D

There aren't easy workarounds these systems. At a minimum you will need the VIDA DICE system to talk to the modules
