where do I get vida from.....................how much is the license fee

Easiest way would be to go into the VIDA forum and see if you can find someone in your area with it. Should take 10-20 minutes to supply you with the answers you need with it.

Otherwise, the DICE box is ~$100 and the software typically comes with it. Would suggest at least a dual core laptop with no less than 4GB ram ~Windows 7. I run it on an old Dell Latitude D630.

the last time car started was two weeks ago.car starts when it wants to. Now the etm lamp clicks really fast and the master relay click and I can hear fuel pump buzzing and don't stop buzzing till I cut key off.remove the etm and sit where I can see and hear it, when I turn key on it click and hummmmmmmm the hummmmming don't stop also the fuel pump buzzing.etm lamp on off on off on off and some arrow doing the same thing.this is a used etm from a junkyard.this how I got car.what should I look to check next

also how to check to see if etm(8644344) is correct for 2002 c70 2.3 turbo.i think the guy I got car from put any etm on he could find

First get VIDA up and running or find someone with it that can do a quick scan for you. This will tell you if the ETM on there is bad, it could be.
