I’m running 91 93 octane on her since she owes me very little. Replaced cup holder with spare from parts car....kaching!

I think her Starla exhaust (?) rumbles at idle but is quieter on highway/ motorway / Pike/ freeway/ Autbahn/DeathRace NJ, but that's got no data behind it
“Deathrace NJ”

I found stainless crimp clamps at a NAPA that were just big enough to fit on the CV boots. Not sure all NAPAs carry the same stock though.
I’ll have to check NAPA, they usually have that kind of stuff. For now it seems like my giant zip tie is doing the job, so I’m happy!

The same NAPA also had a full selection of Liqui Moly, Rowe, and Pentosin fluids, as well as Mann filters, which really surprised me considering I have never seen anyone driving an import in that particular area. Definitely made me want to check out NAPAs more often.

Same at my NAPA. I’ve seen Pentosin, LiquiMoly, and I sometimes buy Mann filters there. I think I’ve seen Rowe as well.

Changed out my upper radiator hose after spending the last fewdays pouring a quart of fluid into my cooling system before every drive.

That old hose looks nasty! I'd say it was time for a new one!

It's so nice to drive around without coolant hemorrhaging anxiety

My aftermarket lower rad hose is turning to mush already after 2 years and oozing coolant all over the road. New one from FCP on the way. Not a good feeling dumping a quart of Volvo coolant in every few days.

My parents impressed on me the importance of quality in rubbers: Shoes, Coats, Tires, ground sheets, Roof coverings, coolant hoses, and other products.

(cover your eyes June..)

If you eat too much while working on your Volvo, you can get Mann Boobs..
