2006 C70 transmission dipstick

Looking to do a drain and fill on the transmission this weekend, wanted to check the oil level today but the dipstick cant be removed because there are cables over it and in the way ? The top cable that says made in Spain is easy just a screw, I'm referring to the bracket below it thats right above the dipstick. How exactly are those cables above the dipstick removed out of the way ? there seems to be some sort of bracket holding it in place. Any help appreciated. Thanks
