Lookie what I picked off fleabay for ~$110. There was that 'too good to be true' thought hanging in my head until it came. It's the real deal! Small sticker identifies it originally sold through FCP. Nothing makes me happier than picking up the OE part at aftermarket price especially when **everybody** warns against the aftermarket parts (avoid like the plague) for this particular somewhat expensive hose assembly.

Picked up the upper tailgate area trim at the junkyard yesterday for my GLT. The old one was broken and I took it out a couple months ago, and I hate having pieces broken or missing. Plus it should cut down on some rattles back there!

I really need to re-glue this headliner!

Tired of fighting with auto trans fluid drips so I surrendered and had both cooler lines replaced by local independent.

Painted the grille black and did a german inspired mod (it's just tape so I can take it off easily)

Yanked the intake manifold off the R today in preparation for the PCV job. Parts are due to arrive tomorrow.

Maybe I'll figure out this low boost issue soon... believe it or not there were no leaking vacuum hoses under the intake either. Whatever the problem is, it's definitely electronic from the looks of the logs I did in VIDA.

Replaced PS reservoir on Evita, flushed system with ATF and replaced fluid. New Oetiker clamps, replaced coolant overflow hose clamp with closed clamp type.

Crap, I accidentally got another Volvo. I need to stop doing this...

This one cost me no more than towing it out of the guy's yard.

He just wanted to get rid of it, and I was more than happy to take it!

I wonder if I inspired this...

Finally did replace that top clamp with the 'Otiger' clamp

Also burped more air out of the system.
