I will put notes on this thread once i'll start the PCV job. I see that FCP have all the kit needed.

Pulled from the junkyard a set of aluminum door trims from a T5, going to install them with my tan interior. Also got a set of rear tweeters from an XC70, these are going into the front doors near the main speakers, at the second grid opening (this grid is used for the premium double speakers). These XC70 rear pillar tweeters (sit right near the trunk lid) are beefy and much larger than even the premium front tweeters.

Oragex, I split off your seat video post into P2 seat information, how to ID, what to look for, and comfort opinion.

It's too good not to! Here's the video for those who don't want to follow the link above:

Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

Bought and fitted the so called HD TCV, which is basically a Pierburg unit with type nr: 7.22908.03.0 . Its used in Porsches & Rovers. I noticed positive change, especially with partial throttle. Recommended update if you have a tired TCV!

Ruby Red 2004 XC70 got new front lower control arms (Lemforder), ball joints (Lemforder), front rotors (Zimmerman) and pads (Akebono ceramic). I think the front calipers are tired and need to be changed as well.

Have sway bar end links and outer tie rod ends that need to be done as well, but we ran out of time. The struts and related hardware had been done 10 k miles ago.

As of now, I am pretty far along on the $5,100 worth of work the dealer told the prior owner it needed. (Not surprisingly for far less than $5,100.)

I have the CTA ball joint tool that I am thinking of making an MVS loaner now that mine are done. Air hammer was pretty much a necessity to do the ball joints, but it does ding up the knuckle a bit.

Sway bar end links went on today (Lemforder).
