Please does anyone know why date fault first found is not available? Timeline is not accessible either.

The timeline information is blank when I try to look at each codes. It would be very helpful to know the history of a fault to know how long it has been occurring. Anyone know how I can retrieve history?

Are there any specific modules responsible for the record keeping/history information of codes?
