P80 AWD manual trans?

I've been asked to keep an eye out for an AWD P80 manual trans. Am I correct in my thinking that it was only ever fitted to the 97 850 AWD sold here in Canada, or did other S/V/XC P80's have this as an option. Don't recall seeing a manual trans in anything else other than FWD P80's?

Are there any later P2 models that had a manual AWD trans? Again not aware of any but not as familiar with those.
