G35 Coupe vs 04 C70 HT Convertible

Post by adrianleon0912 »

I'm thinking about getting a new car soon. I love the c70 and the g35 coupe a lot. It's a tough decision. Can anybody tell me which car is the better buy for 4k? Thanks

It depends what you're looking for. I'm not a fan of convertibles, so I would go with the G35 (at least if it's manual). Those can be fun cars, and the RWD platform is definitely going to be more fun to drive. However, a C70 may be cheaper to maintain, and if you already have a V70 the familiarity with the platform would be a good thing.

As always, also take a good look over both cars. If you're looking at two in particular, test drive them, get the maintenance history if available, and give each car a good once-over. That'll at least help you to decide which will be a better buy.
