Re: Power Steering Line Replacement Question
If I did it over again on my p80 I would not have used the cheapest- rock auto rack since its so much work to put it in. I had to do it twice and send the first back due to a bent input shaft. assume it was from an accident doner.(second one been fine 1 year now) I would get one from the junk yard if trying to avoid the cost of a new one. Just pull the key out and the steering wheel will lock in place.

Thanks...yes planning on getting the part numbers off mine then taking a trip out to the junkyard next weekend to have a look around. Ebay seems to have a number of them as well.tardcart wrote: ↑18 May 2019, 05:32 If I did it over again on my p80 I would not have used the cheapest- rock auto rack since its so much work to put it in. Ideally I'd rebuild my own, but not sure if the seals are available separately.
