Car connected, go to TCM and select reset adaptation, should open a new window for the adaptation verbiage. On the left side of the new window is a grayish spotty drawing of a VTC2000 box, it's really an icon. Press the "icon" and see if you get to the procedure. If not, back out and go to the Repair section and find the transmission post replacement checks, adaptation is in one of them. Need lots of clear space to get through the shift points, and lots of time to do the runs (industrial park on the weekend works great). Car will indicate when specific tests have been completed.
I'm guessing that you're doing the adaptation for a reason other than replacing fluid (counter reset only).
Good luck

Thanks for the reply, I have attached a photo of the option I have ,
Is this it, as I do not have the option to do the driving testing in all gears and have the Yellow triangle come up as I've seen in other posts and Videos.
Thanks for the help so far, just trying all things before having the tranny replaced
Ive had the torque converter replaced and the valve body , both at different times, but within an 18 month period and still have shift flare and the occasional shudder at 1500rpm, so much better now that the oil has been changed again. Sho said no metal in the oil when they drained it

My bad, what I get for trying to do this from memory.
Car connected, go to Diagnostics/Vehicle Communication, select TCM and in the lower tabs select Advanced.
You should see a list of items under Advanced, "Activation of adaptation" is at the bottom. If you select it, you'll walk through a couple prerequisites, then the activation window page should pop up.
Let me know if this works .
Thanks

Could be this adaptation is only applicable to the AW55-50/51SN and not the TF-80SC as fitted to later models

Had a look at my Vida 2011A on my desktop and it includes the adaptation for the 3.2 litre with TF-80SC.
What version of Vida are you running there?
