Have you taken a long drive on the motorway, to see if it will initialize a passive regeneration?

It took me good amount of time to get the engine to stay running long enuff to get my s40 out my street, I then drove around my area in2 nd and 3rd gear high reving the whole way, I managed to get my car down to my friends garage who is a audi, vw specialist after scanning my car he got some sensor needs replaced which he did but anti skid limP mode still happens he contacted his friend who is a ex head mechanic for the local Glasgow volvo dealership who has now branched out on his own, basicly now I'm getting my car sent over to him he reckons it's a bad injector that needs replaced but theres a under lying cause for the injector to basically not let my car begin regen process, has any 1 else had this problem I would appreciate they're help.

That is expected and prudent with a defective injector. The Regeneration incinerates the soot particles. It would be foolhardy to fire up a incinerator with a defective fuel delivery.Fjf2k11 wrote: 28 May 2019, 07:08 It's a bad injector that needs replaced but theres a under lying cause for the injector to basically not let my car begin regen process, has any 1 else had this problem I would appreciate they're help.
In short: A Regeneration is a controlled chimney fire.
Cannot keep it under control without precision control of the fuel supply.
For safety reasons the conditions must be correct before a Regeneration is permitted.
