How much labor for Sunroof Drip Rail replacement?

Hello!

Someone put rocks on my open sunroof, causing the sunroof drip rail to snap on the left side when I closed the sunroof. The right side is still attached. I would like to get it repaired because, although water only drips in during car washes, the sunroof no longer seals entirely and the wind noise has gotten beyond irritating. I went to a shop and got two quotes. Does anybody know which of these two labor rates will be more accurate?
