PCV System Pictures and Question

Yesterday joined the holidays.
I started to make the exchange of PCV system.
I have two questions.

1.Is normal the ademission whole Being as dirty and
black with carb.
2.if not that might be a symptom of what????

The PCV system was very dirty but not blocked.
I clean the oil trap with petrol and i blow with compressed air.

Can I reutilize the Seal between the throttle body and the engine block?Because it

Nice section of the PCV system (at least the part that attaches to the engine block). My understanding is that if you take off any engine related gasket to use a new one (they are cheap), but if you don't have a new one on hand and it looks good and it is not going to leak, then I don't see how it would hurt.

I wouldn't reuse a TB gasket, they are more papery. Intake gasket is more metal and could be reused in a pinch, but a new one isn't all that expensive either.

Hello again

The plastics were used to prevent any entry of any ring or clip ... was the first thing I had on hand.

But made to place the issue is normal that the valves are black as in the figure, what you think of using a product for cleaning as STP injector cleaner...good idea or bad idea

Injector cleaner is fine...they do make a throttle body cleaner too.
On a related note, be careful around the idle air control valve (IAC). You don't want to get heavy solvents in it or you could mess it up.

Hello

I already set all over again and the engine work better, however I still have some knocking on the motor...i think the origin of the problem is a small leak in an injector ...because one of the throttle body outputs to valves camera are very clean if we compare with the others outputs.
Can this small leak in the injector make this knocking symptoms????
