What is this plug behind the oil pan

What is this plug behind the oil pan

Was poking around my Volvo today and realized that I'm missing something but I dont know what it is.

Can anyone identify this plug?? There us no plug around that would go to it.. did it RIP off? Is it an option that I dont have??

Look closer. From here it looks like a 110V connector for a block heater.
