1999 v70 NA stalls, no codes [ bad MAP vacuum hose] Topic is solved

Hello Volvo Forum
I have Volvo 1999 , V70 2'4 l. , At low speed on Parking Lot RPM Indicator starti bouncing up and down, when I put in Parking gear ,The Engine STOP with three light on Battery, Oll Pressure ,D 2 Arrow
No code Store on History.
Somebody know what cam be the problem,

The problem was leaking vacuum hose between Manifold and pressure switch on top off Radiator.

Thanks for the report back David. I’m guessing you have a base non Turbo model 1999?

That’s hose usually pops a code for the pressure sensor reading off thehose leaks.

If you don't want to chase similar problems going forward, buy a silicone hose kit from one of the sponsors at the top of this page and start replacing them all. it's 20 years old and the one that failed is the tip of the iceberg.
