This video shows his intent before the crash. Someone suggested there was a video on Facepuke showing truck going thru a curve, and leaning when coming down the hill.

Apparently, he was not aware of the tune called Phantom 309

I'm sure insurance company will pay policy limit, then that truck company will file for bankruptcy, if that bridge was damaged.

*Revival*

First, max-posted-speed driving* will come via an option. Look for it on future SPA cars.

Then a few years later it'll be the default, with an override to turn it off that you have to set every time you start it.

Then it will be default without override.

*I'm talking about maximum speed the car will travel. It will not go faster than posted speed limits. Already, most of these are mapped out in urban areas that I drive. How do I know? Waze shows me the posted speed limit. It's almost always present in the Denver area.

That's hilariously ridiculous... prepare for a lot of tailgaters! I know plenty of people who have that option will probably still sit at 5 mph below the limit.

Volvo won't be getting any business from me anymore... not like I'd be buying any new cars anyway, hahaha. I'll stick to my 20+ year old $200 Volvos!

The display could give you a report and total score and graphs based on previous results. In fleets this report could be emailed to the managers and a "driving safely" or "gentlest driver" based on reasonable acceleration Gs bonus could be awarded to the highest score. No longer would we need to call trucking and transport companies to complain of drivers' behavior. Lower scores could attract a "needs improvement" alert that would stop drivers getting a "safe driver" bonus each month.

If you hit people where it hurts the most some good has to come of it.
Insurance companies can do this And offer discounts to the slower, non- Dick drivers

Those who choose to opt out can get their rates jacked to pay for us safe drivers
