2004 VOLVO V70 2.4L L5 - Starts then Shuts Off... Help

I have a 2004 VOLVO V70 2.4L L5 it starts then shuts off. I have replaced the ECM had it coded. Then started up and shuts off in a second or too. There is fuel pressure, Last time it started up the crank and cam sensor codes came up replaced those too. Still doing the same thing. Any help would be useful.

It sounds like the coding if the ECM to the VIN was not done correctly,
