There are plenty of write ups on the process. It is not easy, but not difficult. You need the cam lock tools. Basically you have to take off the upper cam cover, replace the o-rings and then reseal with anaerobic sealant if your problem is only the o-rings between the head and the upper timing cover.
I have one issue - the coolant. Generally it is just oil - I don't understand how coolant is getting in there.
That said, you may have a bad head gasket and leaking oil seals.
I would approach it as a complete head gasket job - have the head machined and pressure tested. Replace the valve stem seals, lap the valves and replace all the seals including the cam shafts.

Wipe out the oil & coolant then drive it, recheck after. It might just be spillage.
