97 850R Breather

Has anyone ever seen a breather like this one? I'm thinking it's aftermarket. This is an auto car the previous owner converted to a 5 speed.
There is a 1/4 turn shut off on the bottom line that goes to the port on the intake snorkel right in front of the turbo where the stock PCV box big hard line usually goes. The large line coming out the front side goes to the PCV box on the block under the intake. There is another hose you can't see coming out the back 180 degrees from the one in view that has a size reducer on it and connects to the vacuum tree on the intake.

Definitely an aftermarket. Probably a Spectre or a Mr.Gasket. I have one on my Chevy 350.

I'm surprised the bottom line connects to the snorkel. More typically, an aftermarket trap is plumbed this way to catch and empty the condensate via the 1/4 turn valve, instead of feeding it back into the intake.

I think I'll eliminate it. That big fat blue silicone hose coming from under the intake is long enough to plug right in to the snorkel where it goes and should last and evacuate the crankcase better than the tiny one pulling from the vacuum tree. That's probably why they had 2 hoses connected to vacuum.
