V70 AWD 1999 engine reassembly - Where does this wire go?

This is a picture of the engine I am currently putting back together, I want to know where the black wire needs to be. Any comments are appreciated.

If this is the oil dipstick tube to the right of the picture, there is a bolt if I recall, on the front of the block this connects to.

thanks for the info. still looking for area on subframe to attach second wire.
