Not long ago I saw these Volvo camshaft and cylinder head tools on ebay when I was replacing cam seals and searching for cam locking tool. These tools were much higher in price back then and I ended up getting just the camshaft locking tool (different manufacturer) but would have liked to have gotten this whole set. Looks like some good quality tools at a very reasonable price.

For occasional use they're probably fine.
