Help, Advice and DIY Tutorials on Volvo's P80 platform cars -- Volvo's 1990s "bread and butter" cars -- powered by the ubiquitous and durable Volvo inline 5-cylinder engine.

1992 - 1997 850, including 850 R, 850 T-5R, 850 T-5, 850 GLT

Scan tech was an aftermarket Swedish parts maker who were located in Sweden, but I think they folded or were bought/acquired by the Koch Brothers

Al least with Springs on a P80 labor is a snap, and its pretty easy to tell if they go...snap, too. I don't think they have a horrible reputation on the springs but might be worth a search here.

Went for a drive to salve my wounds over my New Beetle - masculine car that it is..

Found radiator seep.
Good news Nissens FCP $57
Bad news 5.8 hours with first step being remove front clip...
