Dash goes blank and needs a jump to start

Within the last few days I have had the 150000 mile service done and a new alternator installed. After driving the car for 30 minutes, the car will not start, the dash is blank. After a jump start, the car runs fine, There are no check engine lights on or batter lights on.

I had the battery and the charging system tested and all passed.

Car is dead in driveway and will need key to open door and open hood for a jump.

sounds like you have a parasitic battery draw. hook a test light and verify if there is current flowing. Then pull each fuse until it goes out. That should identify. I had same issue, turned out it was the electric E-brake. Good luck
