Nearly 1 year later I guess its time to follow up. My problem ended up being the overdrive solenoid, I just modified the existing solenoid and fixed my problem. I looked at several companies "bypass plate" and seen someone modifying their stock solenoid to create the same effect. Basicly I cut a small groove between the two holes allowing the transmission fluid to flow without the need of the solenoid.
