Completely unobtrusive. You don't even know it's there. Go for it. Free up that console space.

I've always wanted that holder, but throw a conniption fit over the price of it. And if I'm not mistaken, at a dealer the price for that is even more ridiculous. So I wait until I come across a vehicle with one at a pick and pull. I'll spend money when I perceive a reasonable value: $35 for a set of 4 genuine wheel caps with the updated/newer Volvo logo...sure...done. $50 or more for that holder/5c worth of plain molded plastic? Not gonna happen.

I've never seen one at a scrap yard. The only one I've ever seen is in my car. To be honest, I never even noticed it until I was reading the window sticker for my car in detail. The guy I bought the car from worked for an eyeglasses retailer so . . .

I know this post is a bit stale by now but figured I would chime in anyway. I have this holder mounted in both of my P2s and I love it. very convenient and definitely not in the way at all. I hate having sunglasses sliding around on the cluster or getting scratched in the console. it's super easy to install. I think it came standard in the XCs since my mother in law has one in her 07 XC70. Definitely worth the $35 or whatever.
