Both have the same Manufacturer Number. The question is who has newer stock?

Does it really make a difference if the fluid is sitting longer?

That's a good question. Most oil makers talk about approx 5 years shelf life, even for synthetic oils. Now, Volvo was saying transmission oil is good for 'lifetime' so I wouldn't worry too much. I would go with Fcp because it's perhaps a bigger seller so newer stock. Plus the Ebay seller has got some negative reviews

The last couple times I ordered parts from FCP the delivery originated from different parts of the USA.
