Xc90 awd: A/T tires?

Are wheel spacers needed for 245 65 17 all terrain??

245/65R17 fit just fine; no spacers needed.

Hey, just thought I'd chime in:

Just got 255/65/R17s (Falken Wildpeak 3) fitted last week and they fit! Just barely, but there's no rubbing.

I was even able to get the German TÜV certificate so they're road legal now.
