Loud Noise from Engine

Loud Noise from Engine

I am getting a loud noise from the engine area of my 3.2 XC90 2008. It starts low and gets louder the longer you run the engine. It is a high pitch noise. I was thinking maybe the belt but it looks like it is in good shape. I was planning to remove the idler pulley thinking that may be it but wanted to check here first.

If you pull the dipstick while the engine is running and the noise changes, its the valve cover which is also an integrated PCV air box.
