The simplest thin to do is to remove the chip in the current key and tape it secretly next to the antenna ring.

Then ask a local locksmith to cut a blank key ($5 on ebay).
In most areas, there are a few locksmith people running around making keys for used car dealers.
These locksmith people can cut a blank ebay key for let's say $20.

I had the key cut for my 2004 BMW X3 for $20 (no chip, just cutting a new key).

Sorry for the confusion.
I will try to list everything point by point:
Ditto re: contact info and cost of your various services.
Please, call us for details.
I spoke with them today and you need to either take your car to their shop or be in the San Jose area for them to get to you.
If you call us, you usually talk to my colleague, not to me.
I mainly answer the questions here on the forum. If you have any questions to me, you can always ask them here.
Remind me please about your problem, but let's discuss it in the special topic.
I thought Yaggar said he could do them on-line.
Yes, it is correct. But there are some limitations for some special options also. For example: for couple services need our special equipment and etc.
