I want to start from scratch on my new to me V70 2.5T Geartronic.
So what I want to know are what are the recommendations for:
1) Radiator Fluid
2) Power Steering Fluid
3) Brake Fluid
4) Transmission (Toyota Or Mobil 1 etc?)
5) I’m going with Rotella T6 as that’s what I always use and love it.

In the radiator, I use Zerex G05.
Power steering fluid is Pentosin CH11 (going from memory here, but it was superseded with CH202? do a search to be sure).
Don't recall what brake fluid I used, but it's common and nothing special. Motive POwer Bleeder is a lifesaver.
Trans - I used about 13 quarts of T-IV fluid ($5/quart at local Toyota dealer) and did the "Swedish Flush" by letting it pump out 2 quarts via a trans cooler line, then stopped the engine and added 2 quarts, then started and pumped out 2 quarts, ad nauseum, until the fluid came out the same color as it went in. About 13 quarts in all.
Motor oil - if the Rotella T6 is ACEA B1/B3 (uhh, damn, memory fails me - search for the proper spec) and full synthetic, you're good.

Search forum for info.
This is what I have been using for 20 yrs...
1. Prestone antifreeze + distilled water.
2. PS: Pentosin vs Dexron-III. Search forum.
3. Brake fluid DOT4 at OReilly Auto.
4. Trans: Aisin fluid from FCPEuro.
5. Engine oil, either:
- Valvoline synthetic 5W30 ($23/5qts Walmart) or Supertech.
- Liqui Moly 5W40 ($37/5qts at Napa Auto).
On every second Saturday of the month, the discount at Napa is 20% to 30%. If you come BEFORE 9AM, then 30% off.
I really like the Liqui Moly LM2041 5qt jug for $27 when I get 30% off. I park the car outside, even when it is -25C, starting the engine is no issue.
