Btw. a manual NA is quite peppy. The stick shift really wakes them up.

I need one for my 940... but I don't know if any egg crate fits the non-fog light front end on 9s. I think the '90 740 grille w/out fog lights was specific to that year. If not, I shouldn't have sold the one I had... those are super rare grilles.

May be the cluster is ok, but bad ignition switch. May be ...

Definitely a possibility, but at least clusters can be had for cheap. Someone should go save that one! Looks like a decent deal if someone can pick it up for like $800.

I have the black grill from the '90 740, non-fog light. Ex-neighbor had a 940 non-fog light. The 740 grille does fit the 940 but not a 960. Looks great on a black 940. He never came up with the cash and has moved. I still have it. It could use a new home.

It's an egg crate? Hmm... I'll have to make sure the '90 grille works on the non-fog light 940s. I think '90 was supposed to be a special year with minor differences from newer and older cars.
