2005 XC90 2.5T has been giving abs codes for quite some time. Just now one gave a check engine. Here are the codes:
BCM-0012 Wheel sensor, left front Mechanical error
BCM-0050 Control module Faulty signal
BCM-0092 Yaw rate sensor Faulty signal
BCM-0093 Inclination sensor Faulty signal
BCM-0109 Communication between control units Communicational problems with SAS, internal fault
SAS-0007 Control module Internal fault
SAS-000E Steering wheel angle sensor Internal fault
and the one that gave the check engine
BCM-0114 Communication with AYC-sensor Signal missing
I would appreciate any help you can provide.
Thanks!
*Edit forgot to mention I changed left front sensor already with brand new volvo sensor

Hello 240gator,
Some but not all the codes you listed suggest the BCM is faulty. There have been many issues with corrosion on the AYC sensor due to water intrusion from faulty sun roof drains. We recommend that you inspect the connections @ AYC which is located under the passengers front seat.
As far as the BCM is concerned we could get it up here and test it on our fully functional DSTC test bed and give you a full report without any obligation or charges, you would only be responsible for the shipping.

Thank you. I may take you up on that. I will check the yaw sensor again. Last time I checked, the box looked rough but the insides were clean. I will inspect the connections too. Before the AYC code, I would get periods of driving with no messages whatsoever. No abs even. Then the abs light may come on for other periods of driving. No correlation that I could find so I guess the joints in the BCM could very well be starting to go.
