This is classic behavior for a bad door latch microswitch. Just throwing that out there.

Update!
I got the new symptoms sorted out, they were my own stupid fault... I forgot to plug the fuses back in haha  I also had an electrician friend come over and he confirmed that the central locking relay was the cause of the drain coming from fuse 6, so off to the junk yard for a new relay. Finally he thought that a bare wire might be shorting fuse 15 and that's why its draining and no lights are on. If that is the cause i'm guessing its something with the door wire harnesses. i wont get much of a chance to test things the next couple days but ill update soon.

Thanks for the support guys! :D

You don't have a Volvo garage door opener in the sun visor do you? That was the draw I had with one of my V70's. The unit was shorted and constantly running. Replaced with a regular visor and all was well.

No I just have a regular visor but I could see something similar to that draining it.
