Headlight wires burnt!
I am still going through my wiring trying find my current loss and I am looking where i can, the 6 fuses that are showing around 6 volts only are related to both RH and LH high beams and low beam headlights, and are also related to LH and RH tail lights and brake lights, anyway in tracing the wires to the headlights when inspecting the drivers side i noticed this, the wires going to the outer headlight on Drv side are burnt black at the bulb connection, what can cause this? I will include 2 images. Thanks!
How many volts should i be getting at the plug that plugs into the headlight.

Same as Battery voltage, but those connectors and bulbs need replacing of course
What happens is the cycle of resistance. They get a bit loose with age, heat build, which raises resistance, more heat.......black and burning

Wow, i'm not getting battery voltage, i think it was 6 volts or a tad more, same thing i'm getting at the fuses 19-24 which are for headlight lows and highs, and tail lights. I have got to get this figured out. I assume the green wire is the one i should be checking on the headlight harness.

You are eventually going to find similar burningand black connectors on your car causing all your problems.
With the exception of ECU pins, every component on your car with a supply LINe should read 12. x volts , the same as the battery. ( read battery voltage each day you test as first thing)
