C30 P0133 code

I have 2011 C30 heavily modded with k16 turbo and keep getting a P0133 code, Bank 1 Sensor 1 slow to respond code. I have replaced the upstream wide bad and downstream o2 sensors. Still getting code. Any idea's?? I did replace the mass air flow sensor because the wire broke with just a stock one. Looks like the wire is bent just a bit, but cars runs great. Could the MAF sensor be it? Do I need and upgraded one since the car is modded?

Check for opens and shorts in the O2 wiring harnesses.
