Top torque mount looks OK I think? Not totally sure about the part hidden in the shadow, toward the firewall side.
The bounce test is not a good way to check the spring seats, unless the are completely wasted. Better way: in that first pic, the nut right on top, put a big wrench on the top nut and turn like you are tightening the nut. Don't force it super hard to break the rubber of the spring seat, just see if you can rotate it or if it resists the effort and springs back.
Cv boot torn, replace boot or whole axle?
