2.9 199 9Volvo S80 No start Help

It all happened Quick today. I have my Radiator Fan hotwired and turns on with ignition and It is connected under the dash I believe to one of the wires of the CEM. Today the radiator Fan wasn't turning on so I went in with some pliers to move the positive and negative terminals of the Fan wires and accdentally made them touch and saw a Quick spark, I go inside the car to see that there was no power in the dashboard and turning the key did nothing, not even crank. Only power in courtesy lights and those lights never shutted off after the incidente with the Fan so I disconnected the negative battery terminal. I NEED HELP ASAP.
