Took an hour from half day work before TG and harvested:

Rear bumper cover
Rear bumper
Brackets in good shape

Dropped fuel tank without cutting any lines

Rear axle looks brand new - will harvest entire thing.

Finally got around to replacing the transmission mount I’d ordered a few months ago for the ‘00 V70 (AKA the Silver Bullet). Nice to see the “Volvo” ground off the Hutchinson part.

The bushing on the old one was cracked and spongy. My guess is that it was probably original.

Also changed the oil, which was a bit darker than I’d like, after 4,900 miles in 11 months. There was a bit of sludge in the filter housing, which I cleaned out.

Lol I can't tell if that's just a coincidence or he actually had a V70. If it's the latter, change your tag, guy!!!

Haven't done anything to the real Volvo but I got a 1/18 850 T5R

It might end up on my V70 dash, no risk of paint fading with the piss yellow color

Heater core. And since I only watched the how to video once I didn’t remember where to clamp the lines off so I’m really glad I had a full jug of euro fluid after my impromptu coolant bath. Fun times.

changed the hatch struts on the v70 They were leaking like a siv. Trim panels had sticky gunk on them. Took longer than the 20 minutes I thought it would take. The old ones would stay up around 80% of time.. 20% I would do the awkward use of my head to keep it up... lol

Change my wiper blades. The passenger wiper arm slipped out of my hand after removing the old wiper and promptly cracked the windshield
