Tuning guide for 2011 s60 T6?

So I'm new to the whole tuning process. I'm in upstate NY and i'm pretty sure there aren't any tuners near by (the one I know of doesn't do Volvos...) and I'm planning to get the IPD turboback listed here:

And hopefully replace the box-style air intake with maybe a more flowing one (any suggestions for a good air intake?)

Anyway, onto the question. How do you get your volvo tuned? I know polestar requires the dealer to plug-in but does shark or elevate come through those little obd2 scanner looking things or do I have to continue my search for a place that does it?

Pardon if its been asked before. I've been searching the forums and google but come up very little for this generation of volvos. (Or it could be my terrible google-fu skills....)
