http://www.timthurber.com/volvo-xc90-3- ... c-6-speed/ is a good post to review, as is this- https://forums.swedespeed.com/showthrea ... luid-flush
As noted, a TF-80SC is a TF-80SC, no difference between the engines as far as fluid replacement. Step noted for resetting fluid counter after replacement, requires connection to vehicle using a Volvo compatible tool (VIDA/DICE as example).
Some do a full pump-out (I do 16 qts the first time, 12 thereafter), some do drain and fill (3-4 quarts at a time). Either way, transmission takes >8 quartz of fluid (JWS3309 until chassis 568000, then BOT324/JWS3324 for chassis >568001). Changes as noted in viewtopic.php?f=10&t=84764

I have a VIDA DICE 2014D. It spits out anything for Volvo vehicles from 1999 to 2014. Give me the model of your XC90 and I'll be glad to generate and post the steps.
You should know that to properly check the trans mission fluid, you must idle until the transmission fluid reaches 50 to 60° Celcius. All excess fluids will overflow and that's where you screw in the Integrated Level Plug bolt.
Without knowing the fluid temp and or not having a VIDA DICE to gauge the temp might give you inacurate result.

Hey Guys,
I am going to change my ATF Fluid on my 2008 3.2 XC90 and since I am ordering some parts to a Volvo Dealer, I will appreciated if you can help with some part numbers.
I have check the schematic diagram on the Volvo Parts and don`t find the part number for the big and small crush washers that`s goes in the Transmisión Draining Plug: https://pasteboard.co/IJtBdcC.jpg and this: https://pasteboard.co/IJtDhud.jpg
Also need the part Number for the Washer or O Ring that goes in the Filler Plug that`s goes in the top of the transmisión housing : https://pasteboard.co/IJtCzEZ.jpg
Thx for your time and help
Isaac

The Filler Plug rubber o ring is not critical. The crush washer and the Integrated Level Plug rubber o ring is a "MUST"
