Corrupt Canbus, xemodex said good luck Topic is solved

Everything on the Volvo S80. Sometimes called an "executive car", the S80 was Volvo's top-of-the-line passenger car. P2 platform.

Now it is time to unplug ETM, then ECM (ETM is "behind" ECM so unplugging ECM also takes ETM out of network), then ABS. You can plug in the ETM and ECM before going to ABS to keep some modules online. One of the modules flatlining that leg of CAN now that the wiring is taken away as cause.

Ok, I hooked my scope up to the high speed bus at the CEM and here are the results:

This was all with the key on II.
I turned the key off between plugging/unplugging, then turned the key back to II, and took a screenshot. Figured out how to use this scope a bit better and captured a longer time sample.

The 3rd waveform with the ETM & ABS disconnected is the only one that the ground reference isn't pulled out of whack, but the waveform is junk

I trust my eyes only, sorry. Maybe xemodex is good, but I do not trust them. I saw result of them work (DIM repair) and I was confused and upset after that show.

If these guys couldn't touch it, who can I trust to test my CEM, ECM, TCM, ABS?

I'm in Canada, xemodex is only a couple hours drive and I had read mostly good things on forums about them, but maybe I need a second opinon.
