Good People,
After 7 months of avoiding the car in the garage, I decided to install the steering rack I received from Erie in May.
They look different. offset?

.

New one is p/n P9461264. I don't see a p/n on the old one, but boot is stamped with TRW.

Is this going to work? Not a whole lot of engagement on Right side if I were to spin it out.

Thank you,
John Gregory

There are two brands of racks used on these cars, TRW and SMI

You have to replace with correct one. Check labels on each for brand.

You can also google the VIN CODE to see what it was built with.
