Rear hatch not opening

I have a 2016 XC60. Two times now the rear hatch won’t open. I’ve tried from the hatch itself, the dash button and the remote. The first time it had been several days and tried from the hatch and it operated. Did this before I could get into the dealer. I thought it was a fluke.

Now it’s happened again

Have you checked and made sure the valet lock is deactivated? Right after I got mine I spent about an hour pulling fuses before remembering to unlock my glovebox.
