Uneven idle

Hi i have a 1993 940 with a b230fd engine i (belive it has the bosh fuel injection)

Witch is runing a bit rough at idle around 500 rpm
But when it is cold it revs up and idles at about 2000 rpm

Does any one know what is causing the issue?
