Certainly worth looking into, seems to range from £15 per injector to £50 per injector - quite the price range. Out of interest, does anyone happen to know what colour injectors a 96 850 T5 should have?

Changed my heatercore on Friday. Greatly reduced the ammount of fogging in my car, plus no coolant smell anymore! I was freaking out for a bit as i almost lost the center screw that holds the pipes to the core.

It was my first service since replacing my head gasket, so I've also been monitoring the car alot, checking hoses etc.

850 turbo should have either orange or red injectors, I believe orange.

Great fam, your dinosaur needs antlers!
Current Volvos:
1998 V70 T5, 112k sat 5 years, still in mechanical coma (finally at the top of the pile )
2004 XC90 T6 AWD: 186k, 60 on transaxle ( traded in )
1998 POS70 N/A: DD/training aid, 236k but really about 240k, I think...ABS module( passed on to son who sold it)
