P2122 codes

When the Serp belt snapped is there any way it could have damaged the back or bottom side of the ECM/TCM box and, more specifically, the connections on the bottom of the modules?

So now I got a new problem, I tried removing the ECM and TCM so I could inspect them to make sure that everything looked in its place and now after reinstalling them the car will not start. Getting a p0727 and p2121 code now. Car will crank but will not start.

P0727 is no crankshaft position sensor. Now it really looks like a wiring problem.

Did you use the lock/unlock tool to get the pink sliders latched back into the locked position? It’s the sliders that pull the modules snuggly down into the connectors.

Did you clean the connector before you reinstalled the ECM and TCM?

Sometimes oxidation will prevent a good connection and produce errors that did not exist before the control units where pulled.

Your vehicle appears to be outfitted with the MM throttle body. Known to cause all sorts of issues and subject to a recall if I recall correctly.

It looks like you have eliminated the free stuff - now it is time to focus on the throttle body. But RickHaleParker's suggestion to check all the connections and clean them is valid. These cars are getting old and a poor connection could cause your issues.

VIDA has the ability to check the throttle body operation is as do some other higher end scanners.
