The Electrical Wiring Diagrams (EWD) 2005-2014.

You cannot "install" the repack version in Vida. If you want the Electrical diagrams on your hard drive. Copy the contents of the iso to a folder on your hard drive then bookmark index.html in your web browser.

My system:
Windows 10 Pro, fresh install
16GB Memory

I installed successfully following carefully the instructions.on page 1 for the repack of the DVD.
The VIDA monitor in the tray shows running status (green).
I get the chime and see the device installed when I plug my DICE into a USB slot.
I made the conversion to run Vida All-in-One Chrome.
When I start Vida All-in-One Chrome and attempt to login by putting in 1 or admin, I get the bars showing progress but then I get this error:

Unknown error:
Please contact your local Helpdesk
Could not contact central systems.

I tried rerunning the 2099 patch again but still get the same result.

Help is appreciated.

The last line "Could not contact central systems" is the clue. The patch fakes the central systems so that it can run without any central systems. It is not patching correctly or the configuration is incorrect.

Did you install Vida all in one?
Location set to internet?
Rebooted after Vida install or reboot later?

I rebooted after running script 4. I did get the firewall exception earlier than stated and approved it.

On windows 10
1. Manually install .net framework 3.5.
2. Run scripts 1- 3, in the root directory of VIDA2014D_RePack.iso, one at a time.
3. Run the 2099 patch
4. Run Script 4
. Do not run Script 5
5. Reboot
6. Wait for Java to request a firewall exception.
7. Wait for Vida monitor to turn green.

Yes, i installed Vida All-In-One.
Yes, I selected Internet.

Open Microsoft Internet explorer. Make sure add-on WebCGMHIprObj Class is installed and enabled. Try to login in with Internet Explorer ... Not Microsoft Edge. http://localhost/Vida/

I don't have Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and cannot find a download. I could turn on IE 11 Windows feature. Do you mean with IE 11?

Can I run some SQL to check the DB and see where it points to the server?
Which script sets the address of the server to the local host?
Can I rerun that script again?

The instructions say it works with Internet Explorer 9, does not day it must be Internet Explorer 9.
The instructions say you can upgrade to Internet Explorer 11.
You must have some version of IE install because, IE Tab uses Internet Explorer's rendering engine and ActiveX functions.

Turn on Internet Explorer 11 in features.

I turned on IE 11, and verified it has the extension WebCGMHlprObjClass installed and enabled.

I pointed the IE 11 browser to http://localhost/Vida/ and was presented with the Vida logon screen. Entering a Username of 1 resulted in the same error as before with Chrome.

You did the VIDA install without IE installed, which is a prerequisite.
Run scripts 1- 3 and the 2099 patch then script 4 again.
