Yes, I think mathematically it’s simpler, but not necessarily intuitive!

Well folks, it’s been a while and the T5 hasn’t had much use. I have come to the conclusion that I don’t love it. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fabulous car, but if I had to have one and one only modern Volvo in my garage it would be an 850R hands down.
The decision was made to put it up for sale. I wasn’t happy however to sell it with the surging and other niggly issues so the journey continues. I decided to do what I should have done in the beginning with an 18 year old car with unknown history and just change the jolly oxygen sensor! Also, since when has that ever hurt?
I have just returned from post O2 fitment test drive and it’s CURED. No surging, stable TPS, clean boost.
The new owner collects her next week.
Thanks for reading, I hope some of it helps someone.
